In the scope of the 101th anniversary of the end of the First World War, Organization comite KRN and the Kobarid Museum together with other co-organizers are inviting you to the 20th commemoration of the fallen soldiers of the Isonzo Front. 

The main ceremony will take place on Saturday, 9 November 2019, at 1pm at the Krn Lake. The hike will start from the direction of Lepena, and in favourable weather conditions, also from Bohinj.

The hike itself isn’t organized, so if you pla to go from the Bohinj valley you must start walking at 7:00 AM from the waterfall Savica hut. For those who are planning to start from Lepena we recommend you to start walking at aprox. 9.00 AM.

The Krn Lakes alpine hut will be open for this occasion.
